Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor This Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance physical plant of the Community. Our supervisory position is a “working supervisor” position and can expect to be involved directly in completing various maintenance or repair responsibilities. This includes the repair and maintenance of the buildings, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical systems of the property. This position also oversees the physical plant budget, schedule vendors, purchase materials and maintain stock, all within budget. Our Supervisors select, train, supervise, and evaluate all maintenance team positions.
