This is a very very part time gig... possibly 2 to 6 times a month. Must have your own transportation. If your schedule is already extremely flexible, this may be a great opportunity for you. I am a Real Estate Investor in the Philly Area & I need a new addition to my team! Being a Female, it is not wise for me to go to vacant or abandon houses by myself. Also when I show the property to other investors, I should not be the only woman in the house as well. I am looking for a dependable, trustworthy, & honest male that can meet me at these Houses; Assist me walking thru these vacant properties, while I inspected it and take pictures. If everything goes well with us. In time, you can start going to the houses by yourself. Each Gig( time spent at a house with me) may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hrs. Compensation: will be Cash or via Cash App after each gig. Anywhere from $40 - $60 per gig. If this is something you may be interested in, please Email me and tell me about yourself.
