Seeking a kind home for a stray kitten

Last night I was walking home from a bus stop when I heard meowing constantly, I turned my flashlight on wondering what it was and there she was this skinny little kitten ran right up to me. Followed me all the way home which was 2 streets down and walked right inside of my house. I was shocked, I've never seen a stray so friendly before. She is super super skinny though. I already have 2 as much as I've already caught feelings for her I have to find her a home.im assuming someone abandoned her. Besides being skinny she doesn't look or seem sick. I need someone who is kind and only intention is to give her a loving caring home or help her find a good home. She deserves warm blankets and yummy food no longer in the cold. I hope the right person can help this baby she can't be more than 12-16 weeks old.
