Painting Crew Wanted

Looking for a professional painting crew to take on a painting project in downtown DC. I’ve combined two units in a loft style apartment. Painting scope includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a combined kitchen/dining/living area, closets, trim and doors. Baseboard to be replaced, not included in this estimate. There is a little drywall finishing to be completed prior to painting and wall covering installation that you can bid on as well if you like, otherwise I will complete those myself. There will need to be some furniture moving. I’d prefer to have that included but it is not essential to get this job. The apartment is located at Massachusetts and 4th St. NW. I have indoor garage parking for a single van or truck unless your vehicle is too tall/oversized. Looking to have this completed within the month of October if possible. I can provide primer and paints. There will probably at least three colors. You will supply brushes rollers, etc. If you have a square foot price a can calculate that and confirm the cost with you before we meet. There is no flooring installed so drop clothes ARE NOT necessary in most of the space. Please let me know your availability and when you can meet me to review the project. I’m available as soon as Saturday 10/2 and Sunday 10/3 to meet you at almost any time. I can provide photos upon request if that helps. The attached floor plan illustrates the scope of the project and relative room sizes.
