Property Owner Needs Work on Stairs and Catwalk

Property Owner of Apartment Buildings, 2 Units with a Total of 22 Units, needs repair and/or replacement of some of the building’s stairs and walkways. We need to completely repair and/or replace the stairs and walkways to include but not limited to: • Remove all rust from walkway faces, undersides, stairs and handrails. • Add whatever rust preventing materials and paint to match current colors. • Make concrete walkways on the upper levels water resistant or ideally waterproof to aid in retarding future metal rusting. • Replace balusters as needed. • Repair or replace stairs as needed. • Add safety strip to each stair to prevent slipping. • Open to suggestions on past/wasp prevention and/or control. • Contractor to supply all materials and labor for the job, which must include to guarantee for all the materials and labor for a period of not less than 48 months. • Contractor is 100% responsible for cleanup and removal of all trash and debris associated with the Work and sent degree must be removed from the property every 24-48 hours, no exceptions • Contractor must have a working cell phone at all times, and a valid email account.
