Have a small roof repair job. Roof is leaking from pipe boot flashing. I have the shingles & flashing. I also have a couple tubes of sealant. If you prefer a different sealant you don’t have to use mine. I will have the ladders set up for you also. Just need a quote for your cost to do this. The only requirement I have is that you have roofing experience. If there are any supplies you need other than what is shown then you will need to supply (nails, felt paper?). I knew you would need shingles and the flashing so I purchased that. But not sure on anything else. See photos. There is no rotted wood as we have examined it 4 months ago. (It was leaking so a guy did the same repair. It worked fine until the 3 1/2 inch rain last night.) Please provide labor quote. You can do it any time today or tomorrow. Thanks!
