RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Facilities Manager; Interfaces primarily with team members and other management staff. MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Perform light cleaning duties to ensure the facility is presented to the public in a clean and orderly fashion. This position is a morning shift and expected to work <30 hours per week. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES: Clean inside and outside glass Sweep/mop floors Clean all restrooms (tile, walls, sinks, mirror glass, trash removal) Restock restroom products (toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products) Maintain, organize, and store cleaning supplies in good condition and in compliance with health and safety regulations Pick up debris on carpets and floors Maintain outdoor cleanliness Clean vacuum cleaner canister daily Shampoo carpets and wax floors as needed SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 6 months housekeeping or similar position preferred.
