Advantage Cleaning is looking for a Janitorial Technician to work for our commercial cleaning company that has been in the Prineville area for more than 20 years. Experience is preferred but not required. We will train. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00 / hour, depending on experience. Starting wage is $15.00 / hour for the first 30 days. The technician will be evaluated after the 30-day probationary period and compensation may be increased. Advantage Cleaning offers bonuses and monthly incentives. Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Work hours are evenings (Swing Shift) and possible weekends. REQUIREMENTS: The successful applicant must: • Be legal to work in the United States • Have a valid driver license and their own transportation • Be able to pass a Federal level background check and drug test • Be able to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Be able to pay attention to detail and have time management skills All cleaning supplies and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) are provided.
