Demo / gut for an apartment. Looking for a person or team with the ability to quickly gut out a gross apartment down to the studs. I would prefer that you be able to handle taking everything to the dump on your van or trailer. I am a contractor and need it done quickly and efficiently so I can do the rebuild as fast as possible.
