Looking for hardworking-team player to help maintain the grounds of a large apartment community.
This is a full time position.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Curb appeal around the exterior of property
Removing litter and debris from the grounds along with routine upkeep of walkways and surrounding areas
Report to the management team of any unsafe or unusual condition.
Perform trash out duties of vacant apartments.
May assist maintenance team with appliance installation and removal.
Applicants must have dependable and reliable transportation
Applicants must also be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
