Free pup to good home

We had a friend give us this dog and two days later we found out we had to move. We can't keep him at our new place. There is no yard. No room for him to roam. He is very Loving pup. Half Pit and Half Lab. It's probably, 5-7 months old. I'm not really sure. We got him in July and he was just weaned. He Just wants loves and to be played with. He loves kids and is mostly house trained. He is shy at first but will smother you with cuddles. He likes our cats but they don't really like him. He tries to play with them. He will smile at you when you come home and whine happy noises. He does have a limp. I don't know what happened but right before we moved he started limping. He does growl and bark at cars and people he might not know but does recognize people he knows pretty fast. He is super friendly. He hasn't been around many other dogs, so he might be a little shy in that area. We did take him to the river with us and he did enjoy swimming and running with the kids. I really need to find him a home asap. Willing to meet within a reasonable area. He will come with what food I have left, toys he has, and any bath stuff I have for him. He does not have a collar and he will walk on a leash but he's still learning with that. We call him Pooh Bear because our Daughters name is Winnie. But he responds to pretty much anything. Please please please help me. I've been trying to find him a home for a month now through my Facebook and I don't have anyone that can take him. Email me and I will respond as fast as I can.
