We are looking for experienced technicians who can: • Manage work flow and complete tasks up to company standards – tasks include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and other services offered. • Communicate effectively with the customer and team members • Work with others to form an efficient team • Quality control • Maintain Equipment • Complete paperwork accurately • Train non-experienced employees Job Requirements for this position will include the following: • 1 year minimum experience, 2+ preferred • Previous lead/management experience preferred • Must have valid drivers license with limited points • Must be reliable and able to self-manage • Clean cut, courteous and professional Benefits • Commission pay averaging $16-20 per hour plus tips • PTO • Paid Holidays • Urgent care health coverage • Retirement plan with company match • LTD coverage • Pre-tax AFLAC Hours will be Mon.-Fri. with some Sat. 40+ hrs per week.
