Fairfield Part-time Handyman for 100 unit class B apartment community to help with maintenance and after hours on-call. On-call is per a rotation. Approx 10 to 15 hours per week plus on-call rotation as needed. You must live in Fairfield or have a 15 minutes or less commute time to the job. Apartment or property maintenance experience required. We primarily need plumbing, electric, and carpentry trade skills. You will help with routine maintenance, projects, and moving appliances with our full time staff as needed. Great opportunity if you are retired or need extra income. The part-time work schedule is flexible. Pay rate based on your history and industry pay scale. Can pay on W-2 or 1099. Must pass a background check and substance abuse screen and produce a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
