Looking for a gentlemen, possibly belonging to the homeless community. Trying to reunite them with family. Older, fair skinned, African-American in their late 50s, early 60s. I'll call him "P". Lived in many places including IL & Michigan, & Oklahoma. If you can help please reach out. If you're P, your family misses you and wants you to come home.
