Part-time/temporary jobs at a small eCommerce fragrance and general goods retailer with potential for full-time opportunities and further career development depending on performance indicators and time invested in the company. Here are the descriptions for each title: ------------------------------------- > Title: General Labor > Description: Majority of the work will be moving loaded pallets around to organize warehouse inventory. Required to be able to meet heavy lifting demands (usually from furniture and product bags). On days of no heavy lifting then time will be allocated towards cleaning, stocking inventory shelves, and assisting packers by preparing packaging materials for future production days. Assembling/light construction work may also be expected. > Title: Product Packer > Description: Majority of time spent will be packing products according to their respective shipping labels and invoices. On slows days time will be allocated towards cleaning, stocking inventory shelves, and preparing packaging materials for future production days. ------------------------------------ Fridays are half-days ending at 12pm. Flexible work schedule if communicated beforehand. Regarding pay: Although the base rate is $15/hr, increased profits will reflect increased compensation. The compensation may be in the form of bonuses or, if company performance is a consistent indicator, increased pay rate. Due to the nature of the job environment, wearing a mask can be difficult at times of hot weather. While there are no hard requirements here regarding COVID, we take precautions and safeguards seriously in an effort to maintain a safe workplace.
