2 pugs looking for a place to play

Hello! We are Lolo and pichichu! Our parents just moved to downtown Portland all the way from Hawaii! We currently live in an apartment in the middle of the city and don’t have any green spaces to play :-(. Our parents are looking to move to somewhere new and being that they are not from around these parts, we think they could use some help finding the most dog friendly areas to this city. Any tips would be great! Thanks for all your help and we hope to make some other pug buddies soon! -Pika and Lolo
