TWO Housekeepers Needed for Home in Beverly Hills & West Hollywood Full-TimeBeverly HillsPosted 5 hours ago Location: Beverly Hills & West Hollywood – one day a week Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, with the other shift 10am – 7pm Compensation: $35/hour++ DOE, plus excellent benefits! This position will report to the House Manager and is a full time position with benefits. We are looking for someone with moderate experience that thrives working on a team in a fast paced and ever changing environment. This position will do all aspects of housekeeping at a main home and secondary residence. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes direction well, and will look forward to learning and adapting to change as the position evolves. Traditionally, this position is not 9-5p everyday and requires someone who can have schedule flexibility. While almost all employment in California is at-will, the client will treat the first three months of an employment as a trial for the candidate and the employer to determine if it’s the right fit. Seeking an exceedingly polished, organized and very detailed housekeepers for a home in Beverly Hills. You will maintain the main residence from deep cleaning, to laundry, tidying the whole home every day. You will also assist with the other home in West Hollywood for about 5 hours once a week — and will rotate with the other housekeeper. This is a kind home and you will have to be able to work in a team! Positive energy with a can-do attitude! High end home/estate experience is a MUST! Personality Attributes Strong work ethic. Attention to detail. Great judgement and intuition. A clear understanding of industry anonymity and how to implement discretion in all settings. A motivated self-starter with a “no task is too big or small” attitude and can own their workload from the start. Ability to take on new tasks in stride. Can take direction and receive feedback from clients and staff members. Comfortable asking questions, and getting clarity if there is confusion. Flexibility in learning new habits and practices, while also providing perspective from previous jobs and experiences. Responsibilities **Subject to always change & evolve** General housekeeping: laundry, drycleaning, high-end finishes, furniture, vacuum, dusting, etc. Keep awareness of client and staff routines and schedules. Keep staff work spaces clean and clutter free. Report issues to the management team when required. Escort vendors when needed. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills Familiar with Gsuite and iphone apps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, conversational Spanish is a bonus. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Able to lift 50 lbs. Has U.S. work authorization. Must be vaccinated for Covid-19. Preferred Skills Experience in all aspects of housekeeping. Product knowledge and cleaning techniques for high end finishes both interior and exterior. Local area knowledge. Savant home automation. Familiarity with Organic and eco friendly cleaning products and practices.
