Location: Brentwood/Mandeville Canyon Schedule: M-F, 8am-4pm Compensation: $35/hour take home plus opportunity for benefits for the absolute right fit! A family of 5 in Brentwood is in need of an extremely detailed, meticulous, and friendly housekeeper to join their home team. The basic needs are general daily tidying, deep cleaning as needed, organizing, and keeping the home looking and feeling very clean. The ideal candidate has a true eye for detail and knows how to prioritize tasks, making each day as productive as possible, and ensuring that every responsibility for that day is complete before the end of your shift. Must understand the art of presentation, and have the ability to go into a room and see what needs to be picked up, reorganized, or cleaned (fluffing and placing pillows on the couch, wiping a table, dusting furniture, putting items away, etc). This family enjoys being super clean and organized, so we would like to find someone who really values keeping a clean space and knows how to deep clean, getting to every corner, under the tables, between the couches, checking for cobwebs, and so on. Some days will focus on cleaning upstairs only, downstairs only, with the bathrooms and kitchen being refreshed and maintained daily. Please have a good understanding of how to properly do laundry, washing certain items on cold, warm, etc. You MUST be kind, easy to get along with, a great communicator, and have a positive, can – do attitude. The right fit for this position loves to be helpful, will not shy away from the smaller tasks, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed at the time, even if it is not your main responsibility. MUST be able to work without being micromanaged and can handle tasks without being reminded. Wonderful opportunity to work in a beautiful home with a very nice family!
