MACHINE OPERATOR This position is for Production 6:00 - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday some Saturdays and Overtime The Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of food Processing Machines. Duties include: Smooth running for optimal output Daily setup of machines Calibration Change overs Weights Packaging Sanitary conditions of area and machines Operating to guideline Ideal candidate must have machine operating experience. USDA experience a plus. Knowledge of GMP's, SOP's, HACCP. This position requires physical activity, employees must be able to lift up to 40lbs, pull, push, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, stand for long periods of time, and work in a cold temperatures. Machine Operator This position is for production: Starts at: 06:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday through Friday (some Saturdays and overtime) The machine operator is responsible for the operation of food processing machines. Duties include: • Smooth running for optimal performance • Calibration • Changes • Weights • Packaging • Maintaining hygienic and sanitary conditions in the work area and on machines • Operating in accordance with requirements. The ideal candidate should have operational experience with machine operation. Experience with the USDA is a bonus. Knowledge of GMP's, SOP's, HACCP. This position requires physical activity, employees must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, pull, push, squat, kneel for extended periods of time and work.
