-- Please reply with labor estimates for any one or all of these tasks. -- Please only reply for the tasks that you have had previous experience. -- Required materials will be provided but please bring tools and equipment! -- I will not be able to schedule a meeting for the estimate but I can send additional info/pictures/videos if necessary. -- Please send an email or phone number to follow up. -- If selected for task - will need 2-3 references 1) Replace Gazebo Roof (see pictures) Remove existing cedar shakes Install 3-4 sheet plywood Replace with standard shingles 2) Paint Ceilings (2 rooms + small area in another room) 647 square feet total Two coats 3) Install thin Plywood Underlayment for hardwood floor on ground floor (1250 square feet total) Each plywood sheet is 4'x8' (5mm or 11/32in thick) --> Approx 40 sheets Nail/screw and/or glue down sheets to existing subfloor 4) Electrical a) Install flush-mount ceiling fixture b) Replace 3-way switch c) Replace 2 switches
