blues/rock indie artist looking for backup band

Indie guitarist/singer with original material (Rock and Roll, blues, punk, glam), looking for drums, bass, acoustic/electric rythm guitar, keyboard. Need people that can learn an 8 song set mostly from ear and show up to a rehearsal pretty much knowing the stuff. Looking to gig in greater NYC area, maybe play someplace like Pianos in the Village sometime around the holidays to start. Any management/connections would be helpful.
