I took down the fence, right before Jacksonville stopped picking up bulk waste! Help! Fence cut and stacked and ready to be hauled away. Request earliest possible pickup and removal. Dutton Island area of Atlantic Beach. There's room to negotiate - there's a toilet and two trash cans of yard debris that could use disappearing, too.
