Need pipe welded onto RV

Hello, the RV is missing a pipe so it's loud and and doesn't contain the fumes. I am hoping to have a pipe welded there to quiet it down and get the fumes to the muffler. I am in Orlando near the Florida Mall. Please text 407-250-1020.
