For a "POP-UP" location in the Florida Mall, I am looking for a contractor that carry at least $1 mil COI. Scope Of Work: *Installing dry wall sheets over an existing wall (it has an old wallpaper that cant be removed) *Fill some tiles on the floor (I will provide the tiles only, they will need to be cut as well before) *Paint the entire space (walls + ceiling) *Installing wall polls (I will provide the polls with instructions) I am on a very tight budget so I will pass for all the fancy companies and the high estimates (I'm sorry but Covid hit us too hard). We can meet at the location for more details - I do not send pictures. Starting immediately - Permits are not required, only COI THANK YOU
