Chef will be walking you thru the entire turkey process from how to select the best bird, preparation methods, the art of the brine and finally the cooking process. Class will be $25.00 per person. Each person will get plenty of food to eat, along with goodies and recipes of everything that was cooked during the class.Class starts at 4:00, but be sure to stop by from 11am-2 to sample Chef Jason’s Turkey and Side Dish creations off the best names in grilling.
