This beautiful boy, whom we named "Noroad" due to the location we had to pick him up at :-), was hit by a car (hit and run) and rescued by a sweet lady who took him home in her wheel chair and then posted online to get him help. I just so happened to see her post for help, so I went and picked the pup up and rushed him to the emergency vet. He had some injuries, but he is now back to 100%. He has been through his hold with JHS, so I am now legally his owner and able to rehome him. He is a pit mix (possible pit/husky mix) and is very young (between 1-2 years old). He is such a cutie with his tan/grey brindle with white and he also has one blue eye and one grey. I have uploaded many photos of him. They are uploaded from the most recent photos (fully healed) and a few of the ones from when I brought him home from the emergency vet are towards the end. He is a total sweetheart who loves to play/run, so a home with people or another dog who will play with him and a fenced yard is preferable. He is crate trained and also loves to snuggle, so hopefully whoever gives this pup a home, has a spot on the couch for him :-). He is crate trained, good with other dogs and older children (he is energetic so be cautious if you have younger kids). He was recently neutered, is up to date on his shots and is heart worm NEGATIVE. He also comes with a full year supply of heart-worm/wormer/flea/tick medicine! I can provide documentation from JHS on his neuter and shots. I am asking for an adoption fee of $75 which is basically to cover a home check and notary fees, as a no-rehoming contract is required for adoption. It is nothing personal, but it is necessary to ensure that any animal that we release from our care is going to a good home, suitable to the individual animal, and should there be any issues the dog will be returned to us rather than surrendered or given away.
