NSL presents ultimate and long awaited Championship Cookout, along with Naija & Guinea Independence Day Celebration
DMV's most attended and biggest African Sports Cultural Event is at it again. This Saturday October 2nd, 2021 the Nigerian Soccer League (NSL) presents Iweanoge Snr. Championship Cookout. Twenty-two years of greatness and display of exhilarating soccer talents. Twenty-two years of showcasing the best pro, semi pro and amatuer players representing different African and Caribbean countries.
This year's cookout will be epic as the battle of which African country produces the better talent. Is it Nigeria? (Team Bendel FC) or is it Cameroun (Team Opopo FC)? This is where boys are separated from men!!!
In addition to the anticipated high tension, the Cookout celebrates Nigeria and Guinea Independence, a day apart in independence celebration. Of course, the countries will battle on the pitch Team LeSyli (Guinea) versus Team Stores FC (Nigeria). The Cookout is a family fun fair which includes Kids Development Games age 5 -11, Veterans All Star Game and of course other activities to include board games - Draft (Checkers), Ludo, Jenga and Ping Pong.
What's a cookout without good vibes and food? There will be scrumptious authentic Naija jollof food!! mouth-watering suya, grilled jerked chicken etc and music to feed the soul while enjoying the scenic views. Guess what? The Event is Free!! Ample Parking!! Great People. Tell a friend to tell a friend.
