A discussion about puberty and the changes that come with it Your daughters, aged 9-12 years of age, are cordially invited to join us with their mothers/female caregivers as we discuss the physical and emotional changes experienced, as well as the Islamic obligations through the onset of puberty, in a safe and loving environment. Our presenters include a physician, a psychotherapist and an Islamic fiqh expert. (presentations will include diagrams of female anatomy) Date: Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 Time: 4:30pm - 7:00pm Registration is required and is $35 per person. Dinner will be served. Dad's Info Session Fathers of daughters attending the main program on Saturday are invited to join us for a Dad's session Friday evening, October 22nd, from 7pm to 8:30pm. This program will provide insight on strengthening the emotional & spiritual connection between fathers and daughters during puberty. When purchasing the mother-daughter tickets, please make sure to add on the dad's ticket. Refreshments will be served. Events Team
