This is Hendrix. He is an 11 month old, Rottweiler, Pit Bull and (I believe) Greyhound mix. He is quite tall, but very thin. (Not due to lack of eating!) Hendrix is extremely affectionate, and LOVES to be next to his human at all times. He is also an extremely high-energy dog. I took him in about six weeks ago, hoping to help him out even though he'd received no training, previously. He is house broken, and like I said, very loving. We are having to rehome him mainly because he is just not calming down at all around our cat, who we've had for 12 years. So he cannot go to a home with cats - he just can't stop chasing them and gets way too excited. There was also an incident with a neighbor's dog who was off their leash coming at him in our yard. The other dog was very small, and unfortunately, had to be put down. I want whoever adopts him to understand that he's not aggressive, but he is VERY excitable and needs to be exercised regularly and trained. I have a large crate for him that he likes to sleep in at night that will come with him. His fee is $150 but I can negotiate for the right home.
