4 Week Meditative Experience using Breathwork
Welcome to BREATHE a 4 Week Meditative Breathwork Series! During these 4 weeks you will be shown how to use your breath to relax, slow down and navigate emotions that may rise up in your life. Each week we will focus on a theme and practice different breaths. This is an invitation to explore yourself and connect deeper into selfcare.
Series starts September 21st and will meet weekly on Tuesdays 6-7:15pm at Hidden Gem On Main, Wallingford, CT.
