Hi! We have a job coming up that requires five drivers for one night in NYC. The date was originally set for Oct 15 but now it's tentatively re-scheduled for 10/21. And, since we're an AV company and our business is constantly changing, that date may change as well. It's a light job - pickup the truck in the Bronx in the evening, go to one location in Manhattan for a couple of hours, go to another location for a couple of hours, return to the Bronx. The trucks will be small (think a small UHaul truck about 10ft). There's a couple of pieces of equipment coming on and off the truck, so you'll do a short amount of lifting. You need to have a valid and clean driver's license, no CDL required. You'll be a freelance subcontractor and you'll need to fill out a W9 / 1099, and we pay via check as part of our regular pay cycle. This request is specifically for this one job: however we're a busy AV production company and as we're coming out of Covid we're *very* short-handed when it comes to drivers.
