Help to catch wild and feral dogs

Help me catch and turn over to Animal Control this pack of wild and feral dogs terrorizing our neighborhoods. Rabid dogs come at dusk and tried to attack me and my kids, went after my dog, and have been roaming the streets in a pack for months now. I’ve tracked them to one spot but Can never seem to catch them. AC will only try to trap them for a short time and then will leave. I will pay upto $300 per dog to be caught and turned in to AC.
