I’m Looking For Band Members For A Solo Project

I am forming a band called Retrofade and I’m looking for band members to join in this collective. I am a rhythm guitarist of 3 years and singer (clean and dirty vocals) and I'm looking for musicians who want to join a band. I’m mainly influenced by Korn, Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Motionless In White, Cane Hill, Static-X and Of Mice & Men. It definitely leans heavy towards Nu Metal/Alt Metal and Metalcore, but I’m also open towards ideas and influences from techno, EDM, dubstep and Industrial. I’m looking for players who have nostalgia for 90s/2000s metal but also want to get weird and innovative with that style and sound. I’m looking for a bassist, drummer and possibly 2 guitarists. I would prefer a player who has at least 3 years of experience on their instrument. You don’t need to be the greatest musician that ever lived, but I want people who are comfortable and confident with their instrument and aren’t afraid to be creative. This project is pretty serious and I’m looking for commitment, I’d like for the band to be stage ready by Spring/Summer 2022. While I consider this a solo project I want it to be definitively clear that you are as much a part of this as I am. While I do have ideas she concepts, I want to hear out other voices and take risks. Sometimes a band mate can have an idea that works so much better than the original draft and it can transform into something amazing and a song that everyone can be proud of.
