NICC 2021 Sponsorship & Exhibiting Packages The 19th Annual Nevada Infrastructure Concrete Conference is hosted by the California Nevada Cement Association and the Southwest Concrete Pavement Association. We are looking forward to two dynamic days of Infrastructure Concrete envisioning, insight, and technical innovation, featuring presentations from the leading authorities in the industry. NICC 2021 will take place over two days in Las Vegas and Reno, with different itineraries and speakers on each day. On November 2nd, NICC 2021 Las Vegas will take place at Red Rock Resort in Summerlin. On November 3rd, NICC 2021 Reno will take place at Atlantis Casino Resort in Reno. Attendees include leadership and teams from the Nevada Department of Transportation, public officials, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and others involved in the design and construction of Nevada’s highways, roads, waterways, transportation systems, and allied concrete infrastructure.
