We are in the process of accepting bids for painting the exterior of a large historic home in Treme. The overwhelming majority of the house has aluminum siding. The windows and trim are wood. The scope will entail power washing the house, and two coats of paint. Note the aluminum siding may need a bond coat to address the chalkiness before applying the finish coats. All bare wood must be primed prior to finish coats.
