The Terraces at Metairie II is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician!!! Responsibilities: -Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in. -Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance. -Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues. -Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: -Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling. -HVAC experience in a PLUS. -Must be dependable and have own transportation.
