JANITORIAL POSITION Be part of a winning team!!!!! At Seacrest Services, Inc we take pride in the work that we do and we do it right the first time. We are currently interviewing & accepting resumes for Janitors with experience. We have opportunities in West Palm Beach and Coconut Creek! Some of the Janitorial duties may include: • Provide general interior cleaning to Common Areas, Elevators, and Restrooms • Police grounds and remove debris, bottles, cans & paper (grabber will be provided) • Assist with general maintenance duties • Sweeping and moping of floors • Dusting of windowsills and frames Ideal Candidates will have: • A minimum of 1+ year of related maintenance and or Janitorial experience (Condo or HOA preferred) • Good English communication skills • Ability to endure intensive physical labor and climb 25 feet ladders (outdoors 100% of the time) • Ability to pass a drug screening and clean background • A clean driving record and active US driver’s license • Good customer service attitude and desire to grow with the Company Seacrest is an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
