A mixture of outright rebellion and Southern tradition, conformity was never an interest for his life or his music. Whether it’s bar hopping and throwing down or kicking back and lighting up, Finley is full of contagious spontaneity and this behavior translates in his original music and high-energy live performances. Finley, a Georgia native, possesses a no-regrets rocker style packaged with irresistible Southern charm. He was raised in Newnan, GA, schooled in Athens, GA, and has submerged himself in the music scene in Nashville, TN. His passion for music began at an early age, drumming on any solid surface available and dreaming of becoming the sixth member of the Backstreet Boys. His mom introduced him to classic rock from John Cougar Mellencamp and Bon Jovi. Growing up in church introduced Finley to contemporary Christian music, and his own tastes brought him influences in alternative rock and grunge from Nirvana to Shinedown. At UGA, Will was introduced to the rock driven sound of Brantley Gilbert,who piqued his first interest in country music. With an old Silvertone guitar that once served as decoration in his childhood room, he taught himself to play the music that influenced him:most, learning songs by Gilbert, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Eric Church. In 2021 and beyond, Finley has decided to expand his fan base by heading out on the road and meeting new people along the way. —— Hailing from Natchez, Mississippi, Travis McCready has the sound of traditional guitar-heavy rock-n-roll and throwing it into a modern music scene with soulful flare. Like so many of the Southern musicians that came before him, Travis has an incredibly rich and soulful sound and is a direct product of the landscape that he grew up in. His original band Bishop Gunn’s debut album, ‘Natchez’ was a testament to their hometown, not only in name but in ferocity and sound. The overwhelming response that the band noted from their debut album across the United States is a testament to the enduring nature of soulful rock n roll and its place within youth culture. Now a solo act, Travis continues to tour and perform to audiences across the United States. Located in historic Natchez Mississippi, Locust Alley is the place to be!
