Join Regal Characters and The Valley Fair Mall for their 3rd Annual Smile Saturday events. All events are FREE and open to the public. RSVP slots via Event Brite are mandatory to keep attendance at a safe level. Each event will have it's own theme and 2 different characters in attendance. The current line up is as follows: October 16th Celebrate Halloween with our Harry Potter characters. Cupcakes for everyone Professor McGonagall will assist in making crystal ball craft Professor Snape will assist in making potion jars Everyone gets a small goodie bag to take home
