NYATA is proud to invite all current graduate Art Therapy students in NY State to this unique Fall kickoff event. Join us for an evening of connection, tips for successfully navigating grad school, raffles, interactive art-making, and networking. Enjoy food and drinks and the ambiance of the East Village. Whether you are starting your first semester of graduate art therapy education or you are about to graduate - this event is for you! NYATA Board members want to treat you to an evening of in-person connection and support. Hear tips and advice about how to stay sane and thrive in grad school while also balancing internship, personal life, and sleep! Meet peers from other colleges and network. We are also pleased to feature an art activity in which each attendee will get to decorate a pot and take home their own succulent. We have amazing raffle prizes and delicious food and drink. This event is free for any graduate art therapy student in NY state. We hope you will attend and bring a classmate! Registration is required to ensure we prepare and purchase enough food/drinks and art supplies. COVID precautions are in place to ensure the health and safety of all people attending this event.
