PART II: BUILD YOUR TAX SHELTER Now that you have a little more order in your financial house, it’s time to take advantage of some more advanced tax reduction strategies. In this session, you will learn the pros and cons of the common types of business entities, Self Employment Tax and how to legally avoid it, how to select and open a retirement savings account, as well as some interesting, not-so-common tax-advantaged accounts. PART III: INVEST IN WHAT YOU KNOW Real estate is one of the best wealth vehicles for anybody, and real estate professionals are doubly lucky in that you are already experts in the field. Yet you still the same fears and challenges that stop most people from capitalizing on this opportunity. In this session you will learn about the laws and principles that make real estate ownership unique, the special perks available to real estate professionals, how to evaluate properties using capitalization rate and return on investment, many common and uncommon ways to finance property, and how you can screw it all up and still make a lot of money.
