Kid's Costume Contest at City Hall Park What better way to kick off the Halloween season than testing out this year's costume at the "always fun" kids costume contest at the Great Highwood Pumpkin Fest. Show off your children's costumes with a chance to win lots of fun prizes. For ages 12 and under. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Highland Park High School Charity Drive.
