This event is hosted by CDP Health Care's Compass Care Program, Women's Health Collaborative and SWO Tribal Opioid Response (TOR). It's a great opportunity to learn from our speaker and one another! YOU are an integral part in ensuring all of our patients are healthy and well. Regardless of who they see and when, every visit is an opportunity to provide a patient experience to empower and advocate for our culture of whole-patient care. When you are part of substance use conversations, you can better gain trust through all steps of screening, intervene appropriately and refer to treatment.
