If you are: • A healthy adult • 18-55 years of age • Able to have MRI and PET/CT scans • Willing to have 1 arterial line + 2 IV procedures and exposure to low dose radioactive material (similar to a chest X-ray) • Available for the duration of the study (5 visits over 9 weeks) You may be eligible for a Phase 1 research clinical trial to observe a relationship between a single oral dose of medication and how much it sticks to the cell surface proteins in the brain.
