Join Tibetan Temple Sounds and Kim Kersbergen to learn the ancient form of movement called Qi Gong, followed by a singing bowl meditation.
Soulistic Sounds and Self-Care is a series or workshops presenting various healing modalities based on care for your self. Each workshop will begin with a self care presentation and close with a sound meditation.
In our first workshop, Kim will present qi gong, an ancient form of moving meditation, and discuss it's history, uses and the present day practice. After a demonstration, you will practice this system of movement, breathwork and meditation and experience it's calming effects for the body and mind. After a short break for refreshment, Deb will play a sound meditation with the Himalayan singing bowls.
