Review of agency owed to clients. Emphasis on buyer agency. Access in person and ZOOM, 6 hors required A look at evolution of agency and how we serve our clients. Students create personalized buyer agency brochure. One hour break for lunch. October 26, 2021, 9am-4pm Mountain time. All Classes offered via Zoom App (or www.zoom.us) with no extra fees. **Additionally, we offer six in-class slots. **In class slots reserved by date payment received. If payment is not received a week in advance slot may be opened to wait list. COVID Response, PLEASE ATTEND VIA ZOOM IF -you are at risk, ---have recently traveled to a high COVID-19 impacted area, ---have a temperature over 100.3 degrees at the door, or ---have any symptoms are asked to attend remotely. ---Or if you just WANT to attend via zoom We will have maximum of six students in classroom, and 25 remotely, and ---Request everyone follow social distancing. ---Hand sanitizer & tissues will be available for use. ---Masks are optional for instructor and students. ---Please use your discretion and discernment on choosing to attend in the classroom. Remote attendance requires reliable high-speed internet and attendance with microphone and video. No additional testing is required over in-class options. Carol's Classes - where learning is fun! We have small classes with fun discussions and lots of interaction. Every class has a ZOOM option with no additional fee. Carol's Classes offers classes (in-class and ZOOM) for people wanting to explore and become real estate agents and property managers. We also offer continuing education and post-licensing classes for license renewals for Brokers, Broker Associates, Property Managers, and Residential Rental Agents. Some classes also work for Home Inspectors. Most classes are held in the basement level (Room #B4) of The Rushmore Building, 2040 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702.
