Hiring Event for a Seasonal Job with Eternal Purpose! Over 100 positions available! Serve with Samaritan's Purse as an Operation Christmas Child seasonal employee and you will work with volunteers to help bring Jesus' love to children around the world! Working at our Boone, NC Processing Center, you will help facilitate the processing and preparing of millions of shoeboxes for distribution to children in need. You will act as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to bring joy to children, families, and communities The third week of every November, shoeboxes are collected that have been packed with school supplies, toys, and hygiene items by individuals and groups across the nation. From approximately mid-November to mid-December, you would prepare these shoebox gifts for international shipment to church partners, who distribute these gifts to children during Gospel-focused community events. Positions Available: • Customer Service • Technical Support • Warehouse Operations • Forklift Operators • Facility Services • Coaching Volunteers • Heavy Lifters (Up to 50lbs) • Security Bag Inspector Position Qualifications: Forklift Operators and Switch Truck Drivers must be licensed with a Class A CDL License. All other positions are available without licensure or certifications. Completing the application before the hiring event is encouraged but not required (link below). The event will be held in the Operation Christmas Child Processing Center warehouse.
