Join Miki Ash for a restorative yoga practice to soothe both body & mind. Indulge in slow movements in this 90 min practice.
All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Make time to self-soothe and connect with other like minded individuals in the community. Props recommended: strap, bolster (or pillow), blocks. A beach towel can be rolled up in place of a bolster & a belt or sash can be used in place of a strap. Practice will end with a deeply restorative nidra inspired savasana.
