Conducting a research concerning Nevada’s health care system. If you fit the profile we are looking for and complete this survey, you will be entered in a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card. Ten $50 gift cards to given away. This is strictly research no sales attempts will ever be made. All of your responses will be kept confidential. We are looking for people with all types of profiles, so there are no right or wrong answers to any questions. However, we are specifically looking for the opinions of Las Vegas Valley residents who are 21 years of age or older.
