Join us for a complimentary group fitness class Saturday, October 16th, brought to you by 18TH&MAIN's very own, Functional Movement Specialist Lexy. This will be a 45 minute HIIT class suitable for all fitness levels and will begin at 9:00am.
We will also be bringing our incredibly talented Sport-Specific Massage Therapist Brittany, who will be offering chair massages to loosen up any soreness or tightness before or after your workout. Massage will begin at 8:45am before the group fitness class and will resume at 9:45am through 10:30am.
Class will be held on the pool deck, we ask that you bring your own fitness mat and water. Class will be limited to 25 participants.
